Training our people.
Tibs offers training…and lots of it. We offer an extensive in-house training program through our parent company, M.C. DEAN, Inc. Plus, we provide training in customer service, lineman training, an Electrician Journeyman Apprenticeship Program, various training programs for manufacturer and equipment certification, and NICET, BICSI, and IEC certification.

Each quarter we host a Red Cross blood drive at our facility, we sponsor children's recreational teams, we donate time and money to local charitable organizations, we support numerous other community groups, and we encourage our employees to become active in their communities, too.
