Tom McGregor brings more than 15 years of experience in customer service, support and sales to his role as Manager of the Tibs' Service Group.

As Manager, Tom oversees day-to-day operations for the Service Group which includes field technicians, scheduling and electrical contracts. He also manages all Critical Care Services and works closely with Tibs' parent company, M.C.DEAN, Inc., on Critical Care projects.

Tom joined Tibs over five years ago, working in the company's sales department and helping grow the company's electrical and technology accounts. In late 2002, he joined the service division to manage the preventive maintenance program and in December 2004 was appointed to his current position as Manager of the Tibs' Service Group.

Prior to joining Tibs, Tom served as Installation Service Manager at Circuit City where he was also a sales manager and a store manager. Prior to going into sales and customer support, he served in the U.S. Navy and had a career in the music industry as a concert level drummer, working in television and studio recording.
