Tibs surveys customers; asks “How did we do?”

Customers give Tibs employees high marks for customer satisfaction

            ATLANTA , January 21, 2003 When asked to rate Tibs Group on its service and customer satisfaction in a recent survey, Tibs customers consistently give the Tibs and Tibs employees high marks for their professionalism, product knowledge and attention to detail.

“Almost 90% of the respondents rated the Tibs teams as excellent or above satisfactory in our professionalism, knowledge, and its attention to detail,” said Mark Tibbetts , Tibs Group CEO. “The numbers were even higher when customers judged our people and our company on ‘doing what we said we would do,’ and being satisfied with the work that Tibs teams completed.”

“What really impressed our entire company was the fact that nearly 30% of all those surveyed gave us perfect scores on every question asked. Because Tibs is customer focused, we were definitely pleased to have our customers give us such high marks on the work we do,” he said.

“We were also encouraged by the comments that so many customers added to their surveys, often times complimenting specific employees or commenting on our teams’ performances,” Tibbetts added.

Among the comments written on the surveys included ones by Steve Pass of Koswire, who wrote, “Tibs was the best contractor on our project;” Preston Williams of the Gwinnett Civic Center, who described Tibs work as ‘high quality professional work;” and Tiffany Tillery of Dornier Medical who wrote, “Thank you for making my job easier.”

The customer satisfaction survey was the first conducted by Tibs Group, which sent surveys to over 600 of its customers, asking those customers to rate the company on its performance.

Customers were asked to complete a short general survey or go online to participate in a more detail survey that rated the performance of the entire company, from the onsite technicians and electricians to the in-house billing department.
